Delete your account and data.
You can delete your Eipify Kids account, and everything in it, at any time. Here are the two ways to do it, exactly what gets removed, and how long it takes.
Delete it yourself
Open Eipify, go to the parent area (protected by your PIN), and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all its data right away.
Request it by email
Can’t open the app, for example if you have uninstalled it? Send us a request from the email address on your account and we will take care of it.
Email a deletion requestInclude the email address you signed up with so we can find your account.
01 What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and email address
- Your child’s profile (first name or nickname, age, and avatar)
- All learning activity (games played, scores, time spent, and progress)
- Your settings (daily time limit, language, and parent PIN)
- The subscription records we hold about your account
In short: everything personal to you and your child.
02 What we may keep, briefly
We may keep a limited record of a past transaction, for example proof of a payment, where the law requires it for accounting or tax. It holds no learning data about your child, and we delete it once the required retention period ends.
03 How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. For email requests, we verify and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. To stop billing, cancel the subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
